I plan on applying to a couple ivies, Brown is my top choice. However I am a little bit scared about my senior courses, specifically science and math.

A little background: My freshman year, because I did really crappy on my school's entrance exam I was put in only CP (college prep - aka the lowest level) classes. I got all A's, A+s and a single A-, so my sophomore and junior year I took on all honors and AP classes (all honors soph, all honors and 2 APs junior year).
My worst subjects are science and math. Freshman year was fine, but sophomore year I got a B+ in geometry and B- in chem. This year I really screwed up, but I'm hoping to pull off a B or B+ in algebra 2 and B in anatomy.

Now for my senior course load:
AP Literature
AP French
AP US Gov
Honors portfolio
CP pre-calculus
CP Physics
Self studying AP art history and AP human geography
Will have a dual enrollment with Yale for one class of choice per semester (hoping for something in art history, anthropology, archaeology or Egyptology as these are my main areas of interest and my goal is to double major in Egyptology and art history)

My issue is precalc. Physics I don't care because it's either CP or AP and no way in hell am I taking AP physics (didn't meet the prereqs anyways). For pre-calculus my other option is honors pre-calculus for college credit from Uconn. I currently don't meet the pre-req for it, but if a miracle comes around after I get my final report card, should I go for it or am I just killing myself?

There's a very very very slim chance that course load is changing. Is it rigorous enough? Is Brown (and others) going to frown upon me stepping down a level for math/science even if I do incredibly strong in my other classes? I'm not horrible at them it's just not my strong point, and I'm always in the B to A- range with them.

I am a passionate person and I really want the colleges I apply to to know that I'm applying there with these crap grades because I have something to offer, and a lot of potential despite these numbers. I put hours and hours into math and science without producing the results that satisfy me. Rather than hand me a scantron and a bunch of multiple choice qs ask me to discuss things and I'd articulate them marvelously. Major papers and projects have been my saving grace in those classes. Ugh
