Rising Senior in MN -- Please chance me!

I’m starting the application process this fall and I want to get a sense for which schools are my reach and safety schools. Right now I’m interested in (not necessarily applying to, just looking at):
-Macalester (my parents are alums)
-Bryn Mawr
-Swarthmore
-Barnard
-Columbia (I know it’s a big reach lol)
-Wellesley
-McGill
-Sarah Lawrence
-SUNY Stony Brook
-USC
-Williams
-UPenn
-Allegheny

I know there’s a lot and I may end up applying to some state schools instead of some higher tier ones.

My info:

APs:
-So far I’ve taken: US Gov (4), World (5)
-This year I took Chem, US History, Statistics, and English Language, I should get those scores back in July but I generally feel good about how I did.
-Next year I’m taking: Computer Science Principles, English Literature, French, Economics, and Comparative Government.
-My school doesn’t really offer APs to underclassmen so I had to get into an advanced program to take them. Otherwise I took all Honors classes.
ACT:
-I’ve taken it once with minimal prep and got a 32 composite, I’m taking it again in July after being tutored and I hope to get at least a 33.
GPA:
-Weighted: 4.01
-Unweighted: 3.81
Extracurriculars:
-Varsity Soccer
-Track and Field
-Club/Traveling Soccer
-Church Choir
-Leadership of NHS
-Science Olympiad Captain
-Leadership of my local Model UN and Mock Assembly chapter (Youth in Government)
-President of French Club
Misc:
-I’ve attended French Immersion Camp since 5th grade (going on 7 years)
-I volunteered for two summers in Puerto Rico working at an orphanage
-I spent part of my summer freshman year on a research trip in Costa Rica studying biology
-In terms of academic weaknesses I’m not very good at math and science, I average around a B+ or A- in those classes and while I’ve taken all honors math classes (except for AP Stats) I plan on taking regular Calculus next year. I struggled in sophomore year biology and got B’s but I pushed to take AP Chem this year to prove I could do it and I’ve done well. I also took on more work in Science Olympiad to try to make up for my sophomore Biology grades and I ended up a captain because of it.

What I’m interested in:
I really want to pursue something in Foreign Service or Law. My dream job would be a lawyer or a job in the State Department or UN. I want to help people and I want to work in international relations. If you think any of the schools on my list are a bad fit for this please tell me or direct me to other schools! Thank you so much for your time

Cost constraints?

Will you be applying to University of Minnesota Twin Cities (flagship) and/or Morris (public LAC)?

I would have thought Georgetown or George Washington would be on your list… @FrenchLilyPoppy

You could get some good merit aid at Dickinson. Williams, Columbia, Penn, Wellesley are all reaches. Agree that GTown as a reach and GW as a match are better choices than some on your list.

What is the college budget? How much are your parents going to pay for you? Is money an issue? That can make a big difference in how you proceed.
