rising sophomore considering a junior transfer

I just completed my freshmen year at a big ten state school in the honors college with a 4.0 gpa. I am a finance major interested in either investment banking or corporate law. I am in a few organizations such as the investment club, economics club, as well as in a fraternity. This summer I am doing an internship at a real estate investment/development firm. The school I currently go to will give me a decent shot at IB, and obviously with law school I just have to maintain my GPA and study for the LSAT ( and hopefully do well). Although I will probably end up just fine where I am at, I am still strongly considering the idea of transferring. I am okay with sacrificing my GPA if it means that I am getting challenged more and still working as hard as I can. With all of this being said, if I was to apply to transfer the fall of my junior year (Fall 2015) where would I have a good shot at provided my GPA stays how it is?
