RIT Honors,Clarkson or Stony Brook Wise

Daughter wants to double major in Physics and Engineering. She is from Long Island, likes more of a small feel school. After FA and Grants COA is about the same. We have visted both Clarkson and RIT. She like the state of the art equipment RIT has and likes the small university feel of Clarkson. Stony Brook is third on her list right now because it is "too close to home" Any thoughts on a choice would be appreciated.

In my opinion, the biggest factor when selecting a school should be the quality of the program (baring unique circumstances, of course). I know that isn’t much, but I hope it helps.

FWIW, Princeton Review ranked Clarkson in the top 10 schools for the most unhappy students.
