<p>I know this sounds like a strange choice but my daughter has been accepted by both; and I am wondering if lesser known SUNY NP might actually be the better fit for her. She is very quiet and although bright and technically very competent, she is going to be surrounded by many people who have better grades, much advanced preparation, and are real self-starters. I get the sense she will have more mentoring available at NP despite all the formal academic assistance that RIT has. I'd appreciate any advice/info others have.</p>
