rocketreview question

Is it true that blanks cost you points on the SAT? In tutorial 16 of RocketReview it says that if you leave a question blank you lose 10 points but a wrong answer is about 12. However, if you leave a question blank is it not, zero points off?

Leaving a question blank means that's one less point you can get. Thus, you do "lose" one point.

You don't "lose" any points for omitting; you just don't gain any. If you answer wrong, then you lose 1/4 point
