<p>What kind of GPA/SAT are needed for this program in the engineering school? Do they have preference for instate/out of state students?</p>

<p>well, its not really a scholarship (ie there is no money award)</p>
<p>what it gives you is stuff like honors housing, priority registration, special classes, stuff like that.</p>
