Will the chem books themselves be on reserve at the library?

Definitely, lower division "core" classes will have several copies (possibly 5-10) on reserve for 2 hour periods.

so far on amazon, the chemistry book is roughly $146, would textbook plus be less than that? should i go make a trip up there to check it out?

also, are there any other textbook stores in westwood? or do you guys usually jsut get books online?

Hmm...the only problem I see with getting a chem14a book online is that it doesn't come with the chemistry model set...lol =x

I bought the international version from a seller on abebooks. about $85 shipped to USA. it came yesterday, seems fine. its softcover though.

Ok, so you can confirm its good? How long did it take to get here?

Can anyone confirm that this is the book for Math 31b?

I emailed Prof. Jenkins, and he said the book is 654 pages long, with twelve chapters (31B covers chapters 7-11. and I think 32A covers the same chapters along with ch 12). So the one on half.com should be fine.

Sorry to be a pain, but what is the SSM?

And has anyone had any luck finding an ebook download?

Hey, does anybody know why the chem 20A book for scerri went up in price again? I just checked and it went from 173 to its original price before professor scerri lowered it to 173.. thats weird..

I bought the 5th edition because I heard the editions weren’t that much different. I’m going to just stick with what I have and just ask classmates if I need stuff from the 6th. Saves me some money.
