Roll Wave/Save NOLA Wristbands

Through one of President Cowens chat rooms on a Friday night and another person from the Tulane Administration my son and I received permission via the chat room and eamil to design wristbands to sell with all the proceeds except for shipping going to the univrsity and other areas of need that President Cowen should deem necessary to get the infrastructure ready for our kids to go back in January. I don't know if this is allowed to be poste on this site, but it is a way of reaching out to all Tulane supporters. Check out my son's web site. It is savetulane.com. You can order a wristband from the site. we have purchased the domain for a year. I have designed and purchased 1000 wristbands to sell, and I assure you, each and every penny will go to Tulane and the rebuilding of the surrounding community. My son is anxiously awaiting his return to Tulane in January and presently taking a semster at the University of Miami. I also have a student that should be a freshman at Tulane living with me for the semester. We are from the Boston area and he is currently attending BU and also anxiously awaiting to get back to Tulane and officially start his freshman year. So spread the word and please show your sign of support by proudly wearing a wristband. It's green with the T and the wave and Roll Wave on one side and Save NOLA on the othr side. All done with permission from the administration, legally, honestly and ethically.........ROLL WAVE!!!!!!!!

Hi, Jamismom: GO YOU!!!! I just bought five...one for each of the displaced Tulane students I personally know...you must be so very proud of your S...please know we're all rooting for him and his mates to get "back home" ASAP!

There is so much Tulane bashing going on, that Craig wanted to make a difference. He LOVES that school, and we will do anything to make sure that Tulane does open in the spring. ROLL WAVE........!!!!!!!

I received the bands on Tuesday and have started to pack them and will be starting to mail them out on Friday, after Yom Kippur. Please spread the word to visit my son's website nad help support Tulane and NOLA. You can be assured there is no profit being made from the sale of the bands. Every penny will be donated. My son has set a personal goal and my husband and I plan to make up any shortfall. We will also be making a book to give to President Cowen with all the orders and the comments, all positive that people made when ordering them. So lets keep the Greenwave Rolling and keep ordering. My son's site is savetulane.com. He has purchased the domain for 1 year and there are also email addresses available. ANyone interested email Craig : craig@savetulane.com or ckarger@tulane.edu. Thanks for your support.

My son is sooo excited, when we received this email which I copied and pasted below. It is from Debbie Grant. She is the VP of Communications at Tulane. Of course my husband and I will donate the $100.00 for the bracelets. It is our pleasure to do it, but I just thought it would be great for everyone to see that the school is endorsing my son:

lori, what a generous offer. do you think it is possible to send president
cowen 20 bracelets? that way he could present them to the Mayor and the other
members of the Bring New Orleans Back commission. as for me, i really
want to buy a couple in order to contribute to the effort. thanks again for
doing this. by the way, our address is Tulane University, 1700 West Loop
South, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77027 debbie grant

Interesting post? Should I be offended?
