<p>Is SMU rolling admission? I applied regular decision in early January, and I got a package with my acceptance today. Does this mean anything or is it just rolling admission?</p>
<p>I am wondering the same thing… I just received my acceptance package today (and certainly wasn’t expecting it until March). I’d also be interested if anyone could comment as to whether or not there is any significance to this?</p>
<p>They are not a rolling admission school. Due to SMU’s increase in applications this year, they reviewed a regular decision group earlier and sent the decisions prior to March when the bulk of their regular decisions will go out.</p>
<p>so how did they choose this group that they reviewed earlier? random draw?</p>
