<p>So i read today that the two schools I applied to, ILR and CALS both have rolling admissions.</p>
<p>How does this generally work? If I applied just a few days before the deadline, when should I expect to hear back? Is it random, or first come, first served?</p>

<p>Rolling admissions means that they review applications in the order in which they are received. But how fast or slow they review each application is different.</p>
<p>Generally the strongest applicants will find out in the first wave but then again it depends if they get to your app or not.</p>
