<p>Hope you are all as stoked for Chapman as I am! Anyway, I am an incoming Film Pro major coming in as a junior. I am going to be living off campus in an apartment called La Veta. They are kind of like the Chapman Students off campus dorms, pretty sweet I have checked them out several times. The rent would run about 800 a month with utilities and internet/digital cable. Its a 2br/2ba. Has a nice kitchen and balcony. I just cant do the on campus thing in those camp like dorms, and it was too late for me to get an on campus apartment.
