Roommate stays up late, keeping me up

<p>Sleep Music on YouTube, $0
Melatonin (very safe, otc, no side effects, weak), $0.10 for 3mg ingested or 2.5mg sublingual
Doxylamine Succinate (relatively safe potent otc antihistamine), $1.00 for 6.25mg oral
Plain Headphones, $8
Eye Shades (for the light), $10 (or $0; you can improvise)
Loud Fan, $30
Plain Sleeping bag, $40
Active Sound Canceling Headphones, $150 to $350
Circadian Rhythm, Priceless</p>

<p>If you’re hypersensitive, the pricey headphones are a worthy investment, even if you find them difficult to afford.</p>

<p>Fix this problem quickly. Sleep problems perpetuate each other. I can hardly stand any stimulus in the room - I cover the LEDs etc - but you should prevent this next year by carefully picking a roommate.</p>

<p>…I’m pretty sure that since this complaint was made a year ago…he’s probably sorted it out by now. What’s with the random refreshing of old threads?</p>

<p>

O_O :facepalm:
Did not see that!
europegrad -a very recently joined member- bumped the thread, and apparently CC still wants to talk about this.</p>

<p>Try this:</p>

<p>[Sleeping</a> EyeShade ~ Eye Shades to Sleep Better](<a href=“http://www.dreamessentials.com/about/eye-shade.html]Sleeping”>WILD ESSENTIALS / DREAM ESSENTIALS Sleep Masks, Aromatherapy, Jewelry — Wild Essentials LLC.)</p>

<p>its worked for me</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>I bet he snapped and and strangled his roommate.</p>

<p>GAH!
I was going to say that but you beat me to it.
Actually I was gonna say: “Bet 10 bucks he murdered him”
But still close. =(</p>

<p>If he waited a year to kill him then he’s a nice roommate. I would have killed him that night and stolen his computer.</p>
