<p>Hi! For the upcoming year at Berkeley, I'm looking for one more person to split the rent with us at an apartment right next to the Berkeley Central Library. The place is about one block from campus, and the price is $2475(including cable/internet), so we would roughly be paying $500 each when taking into account electricity/water. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bath, so each bedroom would be turned into a double and someone could sleep in the living room(which is quite spacious). It's your choice about whether you want to sleep in one of the doubles or the living room. The four of us that are already going to be living there are soon-to-be sophomores. Almost all of us(male) are engineers with the exception of one person. He is premed. It doesn't matter what major you are though; all of this is just for your info. Oh yeah, and at least 2 people know how to cook to some extent.</p>
<p>We all have pretty nice GPAs, so any incoming freshmen that are considering this offer can use this opportunity as a way to live with and learn from peers who know how to do well at Berkeley.
