<p>Is there anybody else that is having problems with the RoomSync app to find a roommate? Out of the three people that I have tried to contact, there has been "An Error that has occurred" and none of the messages can be sent. Also, is there some kind of solution to this problem?

<p>My daughter also had an issue contacting one other girl on RoomSync. Was never able to make contact. She’s been using Google Chrome as her web browser and has been able to contact at least 4 others. She’s considering a different web browser for this potential roommate. Hasn’t tried it yet. Would love to know if you find a solution to this issue.</p>
<p>I tried other web browsers, and it didn’t fix it. She’s lucky to get a hold of other people. It looks like there have been a lot of people that havent been able to communicate with anybody. </p>
<p>I emailed the department in charge of all of this and notified them of the problem. I hope they can get on it soon. Maybe you could send them a message too, so they might feel the need to address it quicker. </p>

<p>My daughter received an email through her MSU account today which said that RoomSync added a feature to contact people through email. Not sure if you have checked your MSU email recently, but hopefully this new feature will be more successful. Good luck!</p>

<p>The error many of you have been facing was due to a bug on Facebook. It has apparently been resolved, and we’ve also implemented some changes of our own. The messaging error should now be fixed. </p>
