Ross BBA question

750+ applied in 2006.
900 applied in 2007 for roughly 290-295 spots (subtracting ~55 pre-admits).

How many for 2008?

My guess would be roughly 1100 (or more), considering the recent trend and the unusually large class of 2011.

Roughly 280 spots available (subtracting ~70 pre-admits)

% taken should be close to 25%, rather than 30-40% stated at the information session.

Your thoughts?

Btw, the head of admissions Ms. Thompson mentioned that class size will be stable at 350 per class.

I think the Class of 2012 yet to enter Michigan should really consider these statistics before committing to year in LSA (like me).

I came in with my mind set on Ross, and I still hope to be admitted this year. However, I've discovered the value of a potential Econ/Applied Math/Stats LSA education.

Yeah, with the surging popularity of the BBA program and the new building being reading next fall, the admission rate for UM freshman will probably drop below 30% this year. I wouldn't sweat it, though. Just do your thing and hope for the best.
