The reason some people get in with lower gpa’s in my opinion most likely has to do with strength of schedule some courses at Mich are notoriously harder then others while some are very easy to attain A’s so it’s unfair in some aspects compare a 4.0 student that took easier classes to a student received a 3.3 with many more quantitative classes. EC’s and your essays play a big role as well especially if their business oriented.

Is there a thread for apps to post when accepted?

I haven’t heard back either, but I have looked in the past and the release of the decisions seems to be about this time. Hopefully they do not delay it any longer because I’m getting very anxious, especially as a transfer applicant.

hey udachi! i’m a transfer applicant too into ross! I havent heard back yet either, but pretty nervous about it, since its extremely hard to get in as a transfer. I doubt i’ll get in, but I’m really hoping for the best :)

good luck to you! it’s definitely difficult getting into the program just as a normal UMich student, being a transfer students adds more difficulty!

agreed completely! good luck to you as well!

Good luck to you transfer students i’m not sure if you guys applied LSA as well but it’s much easier transfer to LSA then Ross since external transfer acceptance rate is exactly 1% may be lower then Wharton or same.

Has anyone received the email with instructions on how to view their admissions decision yet? If decisions are supposed to be released next week, I’m surprised they haven’t sent that out yet.

I’m under the impression they will send out instructions once they have finalized decisions.

Would be useless if they sent it out before decisions were made haha.

And no, haven’t had any word yet.

Decisions are available up now

Where?? Did you get an email?

I got an e-mail for the decision. I have to go through hoops to see my decision though because I’m a transfer student. Have to set up a friend account etc

Wow. Good luck. No email on this end yet!
