Ross

Anyone other than a handful heard from Ross? My daughter was accepted EA back in December and had applied for direct admission to Ross. We were told it would take about 12 weeks for a decision. It's now over 15 weeks and still no word. No acceptance letter, no rejection letter, just an email several weeks ago stating they were were still working on Ross admissions.

Is all of UofM this inefficient?

In the same spot. Wish her the best of luck! This waiting is really disappointing and starting to get to me…

I heard that I was offered preferred admission to Ross 2-3 weeks ago.

I was accepted about a week or two ago. They said in the email we all received that decisions come out over time, mostly so that if accepted students decide upon other prestigious schools after decisions came late this week, they can accept other students.

If that’s all true it would be really cool if people could start declining if they know they’re not going …

I enjoy the bus ride most of the time. It’s relaxing as long as you avoid the busses right after classes at the end of the hour. Like maize said, you can always join an MLC (most of which aren’t too active) and have guaranteed housing on central.

BearBuck, I applied preferred admit in 2008 and didn’t hear back until late April or May.
