<p>ROTC Nominations? Never heard of nominations through that... I thought that if you were in the AROTC program, you were eligible to apply and the only "nomination" you needed was your commandants signature.</p>
<p>My JROTC SAI (Distinction Unit) wrote me one. It's just about worthless I think.</p>
<p>I wouldn't say they are worthless. There has been least one candidate from CC who was appointed with a JROTC nomination.
