<p>I have a son looking to attend one fo the two Ivy's that have ROTC programs. He is an Eagle Scout and currently an Assistant Scoutmaster. too late to apply for a ROTC scholarship for Fall? If so, WHEN can he apply for 3 yr scholarship and how hard are these to get?</p>
