Rough Chance Me

I'm not looking for anything remotely definite but I just wanted a rough idea of my chances of getting accepted into USC so any input would be really appreciated!

SAT: 2200
PSAT: 210

Main extracurriculars:

Tutoring at math academy - around 450 hours over 3.5 years

Will apply early, will apply for financial aid, have completed Part I of the application, will try to schedule an interview.

USC is my first choice but I know my GPA is low for USC standards and I'm trying to be realistic about my chances so any input would be sincerely appreciated!

any advice would be sincerely appreciated!

looks good. just work on your gpa this semester in case you’re on the bubble and they want to see your midyear grades.

The only thing that I think you may have to worry about is your GPA. But even then, I wouldn’t be surprised if you got in. Just rock your last semesters and I think you should have a pretty good shot!

If your school is as competitive as you say, then your GPA might not even be an issue. See if your guidance counselor can find out the average admitted stats of students applying to USC from your HS who were accepted and then compare your GPA for a better idea.
