I've been accepted into both RPI and University of Tampa (honor's program) and I'm having a hard time deciding which one to go to next year. I want to major in something in the school of science. Would anyone like to weigh in on these schools and share their opinions to help me with my decisions? Thanks in advance.

RPI is much stronger academically overall and for your chosen major.
However, it can be quite expensive.
Can you give us (tuition+ R&B) - (grants+scholarships) = ?
What’s your parents’ budget?

For RPI i got a $16000 scholarship and UT i got a $13000 scholarship so RPI would be about 45,000 and UT would be about 23,000 and i’m the last of three kids so they want to spend as little as they can

Well, it seems that it would be UTampa then… because 45k is not “as little as” possible.
Are you on this website looking for points to defend RPI to your parents or are you genuinely wondering?

I’m genuinely wondering because i’m trying to weigh the pros and the cons of each school and i was wondering if anyone had any helpful information

Look, one is clearly stronger than the other in STEM. Does that mean that RPI will be better for you and worth the extra money? Depends on your objectives.

Do your parents have the extra 20k and just hesitate in spending it? In that case, you can offer to pay them back over 5 years as if it were a no-interest loan rather than a gift they invest in your education.
If they don’t have the money, then it’s too much to borrow.
