<p>Research Science Institute, RSI, the people that attend are called Rickoids. I believe that it is hosted at MIT, and maybe Caltech. It is one of my most selective summer programs in the nation where kids research a topic. I would recommend Googling it and getting to the website to see if the deadline has already passed.</p>
