Running start GPA

I am a bit confused about the running start credits and general admission. Let’s say I am taking Math 152, 163 and 308 (equivalent to Math 124,125 and 308 at UW, respectively) at Seattle central. Will the grades I get in these classes show up on my transcript when I apply for a major or will it just show up as credit fulfilled? Also, should I retake these classes at UW even though I excelled in them in running start(3.8+)?
Lastly, would taking Calc I(fulfilled by AP Calc AB credits), Calc II(Running start), Calc III(Running start), Linear Algebra(Running start), CSE 143(running start, 142 fulfilled by AP CS credits), Engineering Physics I(running start) and Engineering physics II(running start) in high school increase my chances of direct admissions into Computer science?
