I take them Oct 8th and I get the scores on the Web on Oct 24. This means that I can still add these to my application and mail it in right away, because it has to be postmarked by Nov. 1.

However, my second taking of the SAT1’s is on Nov 5th. There is the option to rush these scores…$26. You can’t recieve them on the web til Nov 21.

But how do I exactly go about getting Penn my updated scores?

Could someone who has done this please explain it?

yea on the application it says that for all EDers taking the Novemeber SATs, you have to rush them to Penn. It's rough though that you don't know what you're sending them.

1) go to My SAT page
2) Click the Send scores to college at the bottom
3) Select recipients
****Under the Order Page you will see the Rush Score for $26 option
5)click it, enter your credit card. and the scores will be rushed

Is there a reason why I cannot sign up to take SAT II's for the October test date? The deadline hasn't passed yet, and I even checked about a week before, but the most recent test date I see is Novermber.

I plan on taking the ACT and applying ED, but I'd still like to have 2 SAT II;s. Do any of you know why Collegeboard doesn't allow me to sign up for October. Also, if I take SAT II's in November, can I still rush them in for ED?

The Nov SAT scores will make ED. Its on the website, you can call and ask the admissions office as well. If you don't trust that, go ahead with ACTs.
