How do you have a higher unweighted than weighted GPA?

Have you considered taking the SAT again or the ACT to bump up your scores?

Are there any other EC's that are more in-depth? (have required more time commitment)

They should be the other way: unweighted - 3.75, weighted - 4.0

I'm sure you'll have a shot at Columbia ED.

I also think you're probably in a USC and GWU.

The Ivies are a crapshoot, but there's no harm in giving them a try :)

Try to get the SAT Critical Reading up if you can...however, that is quite impressive for someone who learned most of her English in the past 2 years. That's better than most native speakers!

Good luck, let me know how it goes!

Hmm, your SAT's aren't that good, but in the range!
I think you have a good change at ED Columbia, and most of the others too. Big reach at Harvard, Brown and Penn though (but big reaches for everyone!)

Hi,
I wanted to ask you a question:
First I would ask why you would have a weighed GPA less than the unweighted GPA.
I also wanted to recommend taking the SAT so that you would have a greater possibility of getting into the university you want to. I would definitely think that if you get a better grade especially in your math and writing part. It is very good to try for the best and that will help you a lot. Good luck!!

Thanks a lot to all of you who took your time for leaving me a feedback.

Again, my GPAs are switched:
Unweighted - 3.75
Weighted - 4.0. (don't know how to edit my messages here)
Harvard, Brown and Penn are indeed my high reaches (shot at the sky).

Question:
Would my participation at a summer program at Upenn increase my chances there by much?
