PSA regarding test score links: My kid emailed the Rutgers folks about his test scores not being checked off on his portal. They emailed him back saying there was an error at their end and the scores are now linked. So if anyone else has this issue, please email them. I am not sure they fixed this issue system-wide.
If your child hasn’t checked their portal, make sure they do and see that everything is in order.
D had her scores linked finally, but it took a lot of contact with admissions. A box for the application fee appeared in mid-October and took a few days to get checked off (application submitted and paid in early September). This new system is causing more problems than they expected and we’re the testers.
Me too. DS has to contact admission in order to get the ACT score link to the application. Look like a widespread problem for everyone
When you contacted admissions do you select prospective student or applicant. S tried to select applicant but it wants an RU ID. We don’t see that anywhere. We already have one inquiry that hasn’t been addressed yet, but now seeing his transcripts are not linked but were submitted last week.
My D has an ru id from last year, but I don’t see it mentioned on anything from this year. Choose perspective student and say that they’ve already applied. Or call.
