Hi! Im a high school senior who is planning on attending Rutgers New Brunswick. I am considering Rutgers mainly because I heard about their Dentistry Program that is conjoined with UMDNJ. However, I have some questions about the program such as is it difficult to maintain a 3.5 GPA in order to get in? Also would I still be able to live on the New Brunswick campus if I got into the program or would I have to go to Newark? It would be greatly appreciated if someone who is in the program already can answer my questions or someone who knows a little about it that can help me out. Thanks

My guess is you would have to go to Newark. They do have housing for denistry students.

Oh ok thanks for your insight. Do you go to Rutgers?

You can go to either newark or new brunswick. The program you are taking about, 7 year program is very difficult to get into from what i hear.

You have to be a regular major and then apply for it. Also, its Rutgers School of Dentristy; UMDNJ merged with Rutgers.

Awesome thanks! Yah Im gonna try my best to get in though. Im also glad you can still stay on the new brunswick campus though
