Hi,

So the early action deadline for Rutgers is November 1, which is in three days (next Tuesday). However, I still have not completed the application yet. I also haven’t sent in my SAT scores yet, which supposedly take 1-2 weeks to send, according to college board. If I were to complete my application and request for my SAT scores to be sent today, would it still be considered early action if Rutgers doesn’t get my SAT scores until after the deadline?

Rutgers needs your SAT scores, SRAR etc to be submitted within two weeks after Nov 1st.
So it is not too late. Key is to get your application in and pay the fees before Nov 1st.
At the same time ask College Board to send your SAT scores and complete and submit your SRAR
