Rutgers says that credentials are due 2 weeks after the application due date.So if I apply on November 1,but my english proficiency test scores dont come out until November 20,will they withdraw my application?Also, if I apply early action then take the SAT (2nd time) in december will they consider this score?

Are you sure you contacted the main line? It’s on their website. As long as you call during normal business hours, you can usually get an immediate answer.
