<p>Hey, what's up guys! I applied to Rutgers-New Brunswick as a transfer for fall 2012. I'm currently a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh. I didn't do so well in my first (and so far only) semester. I got a 2.63 gpa (from 13 credits that counted towards my gpa). My high school gpa was a 3.75. And i had an 1840 on my SAT. I'm taking 17 credits this semester and a starting a work study job in the business school's admissions office. I have very good extracurricular activities, too. I applied to Rutgers' business school, SAS and SEBS. I don't know if this is a factor, but I'm an in-state student for Rutgers and was accepted as a senior in high school. I know my chances at getting into the business school aren't great, but since I've only one college semester under my belt, what are my chances of getting into any of these schools? Also, when would an ideal date to hear back? Any help would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>I’m not sure about your chances, and this is pretty random, but I go to the same school as you and have the same exact stats as you and also applied to Rutgers for this fall. I think we are supposed to hear back from them around April 15.</p>
<p>Yeah, that is pretty weird. They just say any time before april 15th, but from what i’ve seen on past threads, people were mostly hearing back anywhere between mid-February and mid-March. Are you a freshman?</p>
<p>Ya I’m a freshman. How about you? But I handed my application around February 1st so do you think they would still give decisions before April 15th?</p>

<p>Did you hear back from any of the schools yet? The anticipation is killing me and I can’t get a clear answer from their admissions office.</p>
<p>No I haven’t heard back from them yet. I emailed them and they keep saying to check back on April 15.</p>
<p>I just heard back from Rutgers tonight and I got accepted? Did you hear from them yet?</p>
