Rutgers Undergrad biomedical engineering program

Hi im a junior in highschool and i was interested in the biomedical engineering undergrad program at Rutgers . i was wondering how hard it is to get into it. right now my unweighted GPA is 3.5. or 90.... my weighted GPA is 97.45 or 4.0.. i have taken more than 4 honors classes every year and i have taken 2 ap classes so far.. right now i am having a bad junior year. my grades have dropped and im not doing that well. i got a 3 on my US history 2 ap exam. I took the SATs and i got a 1590.. 520 in reading 530 in math and 540 in writing.

also im in the NAtional honor society... will i be able to get into the undergrad biomedical program at rutgers?

Your SAT’s are on the really low side. Try getting around 650 on each and maybe close to 700 on Math section (since its engineering). Other than that, you coursework seems good. Sorry to break you the bad news but junior year grades are very important for Rutgers. However, on a good note, try to work hard the first semester of your senior year and apply as early as possible.
