Rutgers vs Arizona State

I’ve been accepted to both Rutgers and Arizona State and am having a difficult time picking between both. Because both are really pretty expensive for out of state residents, which one is worth the price tag when comparing them? What are some pros and cons for both the schools?
Some advice would be incredible helpful  thanks

Wait, why did you apply OOS to these two schools?
What do you like about them - they’re very different!

Did you apply to your in-state flagship? What is it and how much does it cost?

Can you give the result of this calculation (tuition, room, board, fees) - (grants, scholarships)
for each of these?

@robbietoy Rutgers is a state school.

I’m a resident of Texas! I did apply to University of Texas at Dallas, however it does not have the greatest business programs, and I am also hoping to get out of texas for college.

Both ASU and Rutgers are about $39,000 - however, ASU is willing to give me a $7000 scholarship. I’m wondering which one has a better business school, and which one would have a better reputation in an employer’s point of view in the future?

Did you get into Honors at either one?
ASU has a great business school AND a huge party school reputation. You’ll have to keep your grades up and I recommend you ask for a quiet dorm or substance free floor if you want to be able to do that.
Rutgers is taken more seriously but the cost difference isn’t worth it.
Most of all, what matters is what YOU do at the university. If you can be in the top 20% of your classes & use the career center as early as your freshman year, you’ll be fine.
