<p>How do I choose?</p>
<p>I like Syr better a school but the location and price are just godawful.</p>

<p>mm..I remember this time last year, choosing between syracuse, nyu, bu, and ruuutgers. oh, the memories. </p>
<p>syracuse is technically a better school, if you believe the us news and world reports. and newhouse, the communications program there is pretty amazing. I would say that scils is the newhouse equivalent, so maybe if you were deciding between the two, I would say syracuse. </p>
<p>but is money like the deciding factor in where you go to school? it was for me and about everyone else who comes to rutgers who got into better schools. if it is, then maybe rutgers, i don't know. </p>
<p>you should also visit, to see which campuses you prefer, the vibes from the student body, etc.</p>
<p>this is really hard to tell you what I think since I don't really have an idea of what else about the universities are important to you. </p>

<p>the main things that are important to me would be the quality of life there (clean, not falling apart, etc), followed by the strength of the programs.</p>

<p>oh, and i would say that syracuse as a private school would be cleaner and have newer facilities. and syracuse is also statistically ‘better.’ but for the price you’re paying to go there…i don’t know.</p>
