Chewy has been great for us; they replaced every cat litter bag that delivery dudes managed to break - for free and fast.

True, Chewy is very good about replacing items. One bag of food arrived sliced open from the corner of a treat container, and they replaced it right away. I asked what to do with the damaged one, and they said to donate it to the local shelter, which I did. They’re just very popular and run out of things more often than other vendors.
