safeties in nyc?

hey everyone! so here's the deal: i know i want to go to school in nyc. i'm applying to NYU early decision and i'll also be applying to fordham university in lincoln center, but i don't consider those safety schools (obviously). what schools in nyc can i basically count on getting in? i would prefer a school that guarantees housing or has a high chance that i'll have housing.

stats:

ACT: 27 (i'm retaking it and studying like crazy and i can DEF get a 30)
SATIIs: Bio(M)-600 Eng Lit-650
APs: Bio-4 Eng Lit- 4 APUSH- 4 AP World History- 2 (<- i might just not include that test on the application, if that's allowed)

Co-Editor of Literary Magazine
Secretary of Italian Honor Society
Art Service Club (active member)
Key Club
Freshman, sophomore, junior class club member

( i plan on doing stage crew and possibly joining badminton next year.)

Community Service:
volunteered at blood drive
volunteered for four years at local street fair at the Kid's Station
made sandwhiches for the needy
babysitting , snow shoveling <- not reaaally community service.
i know this is a weak section. i plan on doing more in the beginning of next year.

Recommendations:
one is from my english teacher that went to nyu herself and knows me well, one is from a teacher that knows me really well, and my guidance counselor and i are close so that should be good, too

I'm taking 5 APs next year, I took 3 during junior year and one during sophomore year (there was only one being offered.)

thanks!

Perhaps the various CUNY schools? Baruch, Hunter?

yea, i’ll probably apply to those. it just seems like the housing for cuny schools is soooooooo limited.

As a girl you miiiight be able to get into Barnard…

Pace University-Manhattan Campus, City College maybe?

Both Manhattan College and Marymount Manhattan College have housing options and should be your safeties.

I think if you bring your scores up, Fordham could be a low match/high safety.
