Hi, I indicated on my Common App I am interested in the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship. But when they sent me the email about applying for the Fellowship, I didn’t bother applying (was extremely busy during the period). Would that count against me? Should I email admissions to clarify? And would I still get a chance to apply for the Fellowship if/when I am in JHU? Thanks!

It shouldn’t matter. Applying might have me a way to show additional interest (and potentially get the scholarship!), but not applying shouldn’t matter for admissions.
