Wendy88:
Thanks - encouraging to hear about people going to the pharmacy program with high stats. I go to a very intense science-oriented high school, did very well in chem class and on the SAT II, and am taking AP Chem senior year, but I can't say I "love" the subject to the point of dreaming about research opportunities, or even saying that it's my favorite subject. People from my high school (a lot of them with my stats) look at much more prestigious colleges and I can't help but feel as if I will be selling myself short if I decide to go to St. John's.
I am considering other health majors, such as Health Admin, Nursing, etc.

Worth2try: I was just wondering what school you go to. I'm assuming you're from nyc since you mentioned earlier your dad didn't want to go that far. That guy my friend told me about with the 1500 sat and 97 is from Stuyvesant (in Manhattan). My friend also told me that about a good handful from Stuy are going there too. I go to a science oriented school in Brooklyn.

And as I said from the beginning, the choice is yours. You still have so much time to make a decision.

I go to Bronx Science.

Oh, and I still have to visit the campus.
