Saint Louis University Housing

Hey, guys,

I am thinking about joining the Micah Program and consequently living in the Marguerite Hall (mandatory). I haven't found any reviews/pictures/facts about the hall, though, so I was hoping someone can give me some information about it.

Also, I was looking at the dates for housing, and because of airfare costs, I was hoping to remain on campus for Thanksgiving break, but it seems as if the dorm is closed during that time. Is this true? If so, is there any way to get around it and save a good $400?

Any help would be appreciated!

My daughter (sophomore) will be in Marguerite next year. They have suite style rooms with a shared bathroom between 2 double bedroom dorm rooms. The floors are co-ed but suites are same sex. There is a kitchenette on every floor. It is right on the quad.

All Micah students live on the same floor. My daughter says there are group Micah service projects so it is easy to get your service hours in.

My daughter thinks you can sign up to stay on campus even during breaks when the dorms are usually closed.
