<p>a few of my classes have the syllabus and other important information posted on this website including what books are needed, etc.</p>
<p>hey, how come every class isnt on sakai?
i have 4 classes but at the start, there were only two tabs.
eventually, the 3rd one came up.
but the 4th class still isnt on sakai! :S</p>
<p>^ In some cases, the teacher did NOT set up a sakai tab for your class (contact them to see if this is so). If they did and you don’t see the class, continue to read on…</p>
<p>(1) On the sakai site, go to My Workspace then ** Preferences **</p>
<p>(2) Now, check to see if all of your classes are under My Active Sites. There might be a class or two that could be under the My Hidden Sites box. Just highlight the class under the “hidden” box and press “<” to add to your “active site”.</p>
<p>(3) To show all of the tabs for your classes, enter a higher number like “6” for example (or as many as you need) where it says “Tabs displayed” under “My Active Site”.</p>

<p>also not every teacher uses sakai, but the majority of them do nowadays</p>
