Santa Clara Masters in Finance

Does anyone know about the class profile, or if anyone was accepted, what are your stats such as GPA and GMAT? Where will this program place, I'm also looking at American U, are they near the same tier?

The program is new this year so there isn’t much to go on. I would maybe say American is slightly better as their program has been going on for a while now. With that said, it all depends on where you want to work. Santa Clara is right outside the Bay area so if you want to work on the West Coast it will obviously be a better fit for you than American.

Both will do well with F500 or 2nd/3rd tier consulting. I think banking would be a stretch though.

Oh ok thank you, I was trying to find their average gmat for enrolled students are I saw it was only 615 for their b-school so I wasn’t sure since American is around 650. Im applying to both, but right now my gmat score is looking like a 620-640 so just trying to find a good fall back in SCU.

Sorry for grammar and lack of space in my response, im on my cell.
