<p>Congratulations both are fine colleges. However they are very different in both location and the types of students they attract. F&M is in a small city whereas Sarah Lawrence is in a suburb of NYC. F&M students are generally considered more conservative than Sarah Lawrence. F&M is larger and Sarah Lawrence is known for strong independent study educational opportunities.</p>
<p>I would explore their websites and the various student review sites on the web to get an idea of the differences. Both are fine choices. I think that you might enjoy being near the NYC but Sarah Lawrence is a very small and distinctive environment.</p>
