I've taken the sat 1 already ( I'm a senior btw) and scored 2140, with a 650 in math. I have the opportunity to sit either subject tests or the sat again in January, and I've already taken the Act (30) that I will be sending to most colleges. If I sit the January exam, and take subject tests, I will definitely be taking math level 1 or 2. So you think I'm good to go forward with the subject tests (Bio, Us history, math) or should I retake the Sat 1? I'm applying to schools like Uva, William and Mary, Boston College, and Boston University.

Take the subject tests and a high score on the math subject test will compensate for the 650

Thank you light2bullet, sounds like a plan, plus the math section on the Sat was the only reason I was looking to retake the main test, it might be nicer to have 3 (hopefully) solid Sat scores to go along with it. Merry late Xmas, happy holidays!
