Sat/act

Hey, Im just wondering which I should send- my SAT or my ACT- basically, which one is looked at as a higher score? Im not really sure how they compare so any help would be appreciated.

SAT Math- 700
SAT Verbal- 620

ACT English- 32
ACT Math- 31
ACT Reading- 31
ACT Science- 26

Also, do you know if colleges look at the ACT English and Math with more weight than the reading and science?

.......anyone?

I would send the Act, thought the SAT is not too bad.

Act.........

Both scores are about the same, I would send both.

30 ACT ~ 1340 SAT

Send both . Your SAT math is better than ACT. Your ACT reading and English are better than your SAT verbal. I know of zero schools that wll look at it this way officially but.....your best percentiles across both tests would yield an SAT above 1400 or an ACT of @ 31-32. So......definitely send both .

Send both. Colleges rely on one they believe is higher so there is no real downside. And yes, there are a number of colleges that treat your ACT English and math scores as the more important; in fact, there are some that consider only your English and math scores, examples: Georgia Tech and Rose-Hulman (yes, those two science/engineering schools ignore entirely your science score).
