SAT and SAT II Study Plan Help!

Hey everyone! I was wondering if you could help me come up with a strong study plan for the SAT and SAT II. I would try and come up with something on my own or approach a tutor, but 1) I can't afford to take a class or have a private tutor 2) I have very little time what with school work and extracurriculars.

I took the March SAT and I did not study for it. I got an 1850. My scores were:
Critical Reading: 620
Math: 580
Writing: 650

I really want to improve my scores so I can get at least a 2000. I will be retaking the SAT in June and then again in October. What should my study plan for June be?

Secondly, I am planning on taking the U.S. History SAT II in May, but I don't know how to study. I'm taking APUSH, but my teacher leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the course itself and in preparation for the AP or SAT II. How should I prepare for the SAT II in a month?

I'm very sorry about asking for a personalized SAT plan, but there are so many varieties out there, I don't know which one is the most trustworthy and would work for me. Thanks for all of your help!

I should also add that I got a 9/12 on my essay.

I used SAT prep Math book to study for mine and ended up with a 780, email me jlasiter6(at)gmail.com and I will send you a link to where I got the book.
