SAT and Subject Test advice

I have taken the SAT twice. The first time I got a 2200 (CR-740,W-760,M-700). The second time i got a 2100, (CR-690,W-640,M-770) and I have a superstore of 2270. I have taken four subject tests: Math 2-800, Physics-800, (I am in an honors physics course, not AP Physics) US History-710, and Spanish with reading only-660 (non-native speaker). I was wondering which of the subject test scores I should use and whether I should take spanish and history again in June or the full SAT reasoning test. I could also take the SAT october of my senior year. Should I try the ACT? I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I also just took the calculus AB, English language, Spanish language, US history, and Statistics AP tests. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
