So I ordered my subject tests and sat to be sent to Penn (two ish weeks ago), and it still says on College Board’s website that the score order is pending. Is this normal, or should I commence freaking out?

Actually, some were ordered on the 17th and some were ordered on the 21st.
@TheWaffleMan149 Finally I found someone else applying to Penn whose scores haven’t sent- I also sent mine to Penn, ordered them using the free score reports on October 11 and they’re still pending… However my scores to UMich and Rice have been sent yesterday, October 28. Someone in another thread told me that scores are sent based on the university and I think it’s just because the batch of scores to UPenn just haven’t been sent.
I think that even if we miss the November 1st deadline for ED (I assume you’re also applying early) we’ll be fine since Penn accepts November SAT scores for ED. So I don’t think they’re as strict as, say, UMich which requires scores to be sent before November 1.
The poster from the other thread also told me that scores for UPenn will hopefully be sending today or tomorrow… let’s just keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best
My son is having the same problem although to UMD,We sent them regular on OCT 19 and upgraded to rush on OCT 25 when they hadn’t been sent… his said sent last night and today say still pending… I called college board an they don’t know what is happening but that they are trying to send everything out to schools tonight… My sons have not been sent. UMD says they are expecting a big batch tomorrow (Saturday morning) but if my sons don’t arrive they will NOT accept anything after NOV 1 If yours haven’t been sent by tomorrow I would call UPenn and explain what is happening!!
Yeah, I am starting to become concerned!
I just got an email from College Board stating that my scores are in a batch that is delayed to be sent to schools, and that they are reaching out to schools with November 1 deadlines to “encourage” them to be more flexible.
That word encourage has me concerned
@TheWaffleMan149 I think we would be fine for Penn since they still accept November SAT scores for ED (and they recently posted about delayed September ACT scores and how students just needed to self-report and keep up on making sure the scores get sent)
Ok that is reassuring. My college counselor actually just got back to me and said the same thing. We good!

I just checked my score reports and it finally says that UPenn has been sent my scores :))

Do I need to send all SAT Subject scores to UPenn? I know UPenn requires ALL SAT test scores. Does this include SAT Subject scores?
