SAT Biology score

Hello all,

I'm applying to premedical course ...I have just taken SAT subject tests in Biology, Chemistry and Math .

I didn't study for the Bio test, so I'm expecting 700 or 690..However, I'm expecting 800 for the other subjects.

Do you advice me not to send Bio score to Cornell ? Given that I'm taking IB Biology HL, expected grade 7 .

Thanks.

They ask for all scores, so you don’t have a choice in sending them, but they will look at the strongest ones. The curve for Bio is a lot harsher, so it’s reasonable for that to be lower. The SAT Bio will also be overshadowed by your good performance in the IB course.

On a side note, did you really take 3 in one day? That’s pretty crazy 0_0

why does everyone get so high in all the sat2 tests?

Cornell doesn’t have a premed major, so I’m not sure which college/major you’re applying to, but I got into CALS just fine with a 700 on my SATII bio. I also only got a 3 on my AP test which meant I had to take bio again, but it all worked out for me in the end.
