Class of 2022 SAT Subject Scores Help??

Hey Guys! If I could get your advice on my current dilemma it would be much appreciated!!

I’m applying for CALS as a biological science major (ED). I have a high GPA, great extracurriculars and basically am a well rounded student, except for the fact that I took 7 subject tests over 4 years and basically took an L on all of them…

750 Bio-M 800 Chinese (I’m Chinese…) 730 Math II 710 U.S History 700 World History 690- Bio E 670- Lit

I honestly didn’t know why I decided to take so many but I don’t believe that any of these (besides Bio M??) is worth sending…but since Cornell isn’t score choice so I would have to send all of them.

I got a 34 on my ACT with 11/12 on the writing which I think is solid and a 1520 on SAT I…

So my question is, should I just send in my ACT score?
Would it hurt to not send my SAT + Subject Test scores in even though all of them are mediocre?

Sorry this is so long-winded but yeah…any advice would be great

Thanks!

Your ACT and SAT scores are quite solid. I come from a really REALLY competitive high school in Jersey, and I haven’t seen many scores that high. I believe cornell allows you to pick with the subject test scores (I had similar concerns and started selecting them to send via college board, and college board allowed me to pick with the SAT subject test scores). Cornell only needs ALL of your regular SAT scores (SAT1).

It would probably make a lot of sense to send your BioM score just because of the major that you are applying for. I’m applying ED as well, but not to CALS. Anyways, good luck to you and me both
