SAT Chemistry or no?

I am debating whether or not I should take the Chemistry SAT 2. Right now I am doing AP chemistry, have a 98 and I feel that if put in the work for the chem SAT, I can get an 800. However, I am not a huge fan of chemistry. I absolutely adored biology last year and took that SAT II (studying was a breeze because everything was so interesting) and got an 800. I would love to create and teach my own biology SAT prep course because I love biology, but if I take the chemistry SAT, there is no way I would be able to open up a course, because there is no way I would succeed in both if I do both. I know that 3 subject tests are pretty much a must have for the top colleges and I heard that the physics SAT is very challenging, so chem seems like a good option. But I would love to open up a course for bio!!! Not to mention that creating my own class is great on a resume. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
